For most, Christmas is just a distant memory and so are most new year resolutions.

We are happy that we have one new recruit currently going through the induction and recruitment process before training, and we look forward to welcoming them to the group soon.

We are, of course, still seeking local people who care about others and want a rewarding voluntary role and who think that being a community based first responder could give them the flexible – hours to suit their lifestyle- type of contribution to society they would like to make.

If you wish to know more before applying, call us on 0844 500 9699 and we will get back to you.

We are looking forward to the spring and are already receiving invitations to attend fetes and events and to showcase how we work and what we do.

Our plans to deliver some defibrillator and CPR awareness sessions are developing and in due course we will offer some dates and a local venue so that in the space of just one hour we can show you the simple skills that save lives.
